Millions of children are sexually exploited all over the world (child prostitution, child pornography and child trafficking).
More and more Belgians travel or stay abroad for a while for professional reasons (work, commercial opportunities and humanitarian missions) or private reasons (culture, tourism, etc,...).

During their stay, some people mix with local child prostitution by accident. Others are knowingly looking for it.

Asian countries are not any more the sole destinations for child prostitution. Eastern Europe, which is close and cheaper, and some Southern American and African countries are becoming attractive to child prostitution tourists.

THE VICTIMS
The victims of this perverse industry are minor girls and boys who offer sexual services in order to survive in the cities or to meet the financial needs of their families.
Prostitution is rarely a free choice.
